A Distant Sun

hi all,

there’s news: my new book of poetry and prose, a distant sun, is finished — and on the way.

i won’t stretch the details. prattle on about any of it. i’d rather that you read and discover for yourself what to feel. the words will be there; yours, as much as mine. that’s how this works. i believe that.

i’d just like you to know that i feel i’ve given what was possible to this. it’s been an effort of unbinding. understanding. acceptance. months of weary shaping.

i’m excited. i’m tired. anxious. there is, too, an element of fear. however small; however unreasonable.
